Recipient loved it! Flowers were fresh and colorful, arranged beautifully. However, there was a delay with her receiving it, though no fault of the florist. Recipient was in the hospital with a possibility of being discharged late that day. Pine Knoll delivered very promptly as I had requested. However, the hospital staff did not deliver to her room until I called to follow up approximately 3 1/2 hours after I had received notification from the florist that it was delivered.
5 stars for Pine Knoll, minus 1 for hospital delivery experience. I’d definitely use Pine Knoll again if an occasion arises.
